Ian Burridge is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Scaling group, a global ICT professional services business.
With over 40 years’ experience in the IT service industry and delivering global IT solutions at companies such as Siemens, Ericsson, Nortel, Standard Chartered Bank, Vodafone and more recently working for 16 years as the Senior Director of the Preferred Partner Programme at Dimension Data and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone (NTT) providing global ICT solutions to Fortune 500 clients in over 160 countries around the world.
Throughout his career, Ian has demonstrated a passion for international business, understanding the global client’s requirements and negotiating the best deals with partners and suppliers, bringing a wealth of knowledge to his leadership role at GSG.
As CEO of GSG, Ian provides the maturity and executive expertise necessary to lead the organisation to success. He is committed to delivering the highest level of service to GSG’s clients and helping the business navigate the complex challenge of deploying technology solutions across different countries, continents and time zones.
With a deep understanding of the industry, cross border challenges, and a talent for building long-term relationships with partners, Ian is bringing huge value to GSG.
In his free time, Ian enjoys going to the theatre, visiting historical sites, travelling and exploring new cultures. He is an avid reader with particular interest in European history and looking for new ways to expand his knowledge and stay ahead of the curve in the fast-paced world of international business.
Together with his wife at their Berkshire home, Ian has a deep passion for animal welfare, rescuing and fostering unwanted dogs.

With over 16 years of international business experience at top global companies like HP, Orange (France Telecom), Dimension Data, and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone (NTT), William has successfully led and managed large-scale business transformations, digital transformations, and complex global ICT programmes for Fortune 500 clients.
As Senior Director of NTT's International Programme Office in the City of London, he has also established himself as an expert in reducing complexity, risk, and cost associated with ICT transformations by leveraging his network and software technology expertise, his deep cultural knowledge, and hands-on experience of local business environments across five continents.
William is fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian, and has worked with numerous client executives to deliver outstanding value on every project. With his wealth of expertise, he is committed to helping his clients achieve their strategic objectives while minimizing risk and cost.

In his free time, William enjoys reading books on geopolitics, macroeconomics, history, philosophy, universal literature, and likes listening to jazz, classical music, and opera. William is also passionate about financial investments, art, and hiking in the Lake District.
He also loves travelling and spends his time between the UK and Spain with his partner, his Belgian Shepherd Malinois, Bruno and his cat, Flor.
