We offer around the clock, 365 day a year IT help desk support, staffed by technical certified IT professionals to provide users with fault ticket logging and immediate assistance to troubleshoot problems via telephone or email, dispatching Engineer and Spare parts to site when required.

To avoid expensive refresh of your IT environment when equipment is no longer supported by the OEM, we offer an End of Life (EOL) spare parts service as an integral part of our Break Fix offering.  This allows the support of your IT Environment long after the life of the equipment as specified by the manufacturer using quality repaired and tested replacement parts.

To prevent costly and unplanned downtime from unexpected equipment failure we recommend a maintenance plan to help prolong life of equipment, improve reliability and reduced unplanned down time.
